State Manager – OdishaRohan leads our Operations. His background in ICT and rural business management brings a diverse skillset to the team, critical for Svadha’s role as an ecosystem integrator. He has a MBA in rural management from IRMA, Anand.
Manager – Sanitation Opportunity CreatorRitesh leads the Marketing and Sales team who interface daily with existing and potentially new entrepreneurs. He brings experience from Mahindra Holidays and has an MBA in Marketing and Operations from Sri Sri University, Odisha.
Associate Manager – Sanitation on DemandJatin leads our Supply Chain team. He was previously in the food supply business and has an MBA in Marketing and Operations from Sri Sri University, Odisha.
Innovation & Strategic PartnershipsJessica leads our social impact strategy through R&D, Impact Measurement, and external partnerships engagement. She brings experience evaluating WASH programs and businesses in Haiti and Ghana and has a Master of Environmental Science, specializing in WASH, from Yale University, USA.
Associate Manager – Client DelightSailabala leads our Customer Relationships Management and essential administrative responsibilities. Sailabala initially joined the company for field research and customer mobilization after her MBA from Utkal University in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Hitesh Bhatt is a faculty at India's most reputed Rural Management College (IRMA). His expertise are in operations & quality management & individual and organizational effectiveness.Prior to IRMA, he was the CEO of a large textile and garment factory in Africa and brings a total of 36 years of experience with education from IIT Delhi & Georgia Tech, USA.
Pallavi is an Indian-Australian film/theatre actress and Bharat Natyam dancer. A graduate from University of Melbourne, she balances her work between performing arts and development sector. Pallavi’s studies were geared towards global media, humanitarian, international law and her passion is in intercultural communications. Pallavi has featured on a number of panels in many international forums to discuss intercultural ties between India-Australia and the promotion of education and women’s empowerment in India.
